EFNARC and Training

Both put the same concrete on the wall. The choice comes down to access, volume, steel, ground and finish, and the figures differ for each method.

A certificate is worth what it verifies. The EFNARC scheme asks a nozzleman to prove theory, verified days and a practical assessment with a record behind it.

Five modules, two pathways. What an experienced operator does, what a new operator does, where the courses run and who issues the certificate.

The EFNARC work experience form, how we check it, why supervised practice cannot be skipped, and what a candidate short of the days can do.

On the robotic course every candidate does the VR simulator module, experienced or not. What it records, what it does not replace, and how to book it.

On the hand spraying course a new operator must do the VR simulator module and an experienced operator may. What it records, the two assessment records, and what it does not replace.

The practical assessment covers the whole cycle, from the pre-start to the washout, and how the operator responds when something goes wrong.

A certificate shows competence in a process against an external scheme. A VOC shows this person can operate this machine on this site. Clients ask for both.

What EFNARC is, which figures the trade takes from its guidelines, how the certification scheme is built, and what a specification is asking for when it names it.
