EFNARC Certification
Complete Ground Control delivers EFNARC Nozzle Operator Certification and nationally recognised underground shotcrete training across Australia. All EFNARC certification is delivered directly by an accredited EFNARC Examiner in accordance with current international guidelines.
EFNARC
Nozzle Operator Certification
The EFNARC Nozzle Operator Certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the full certification process, including attendance and passing of all required course modules together with submission of verified evidence of a minimum of 40 days of robotic sprayed concrete experience.

Certification confirms operator competency in accordance with current EFNARC guidelines and international best practice for robotic sprayed concrete application across tunnelling, mining and civil infrastructure projects.

The structured certification pathway includes:

-
Module 1 – Classroom Theory Session
-
Module 2 – Online Theory Examination
-
Module 3 – Simulator-Based Training & Assessment
-
Module 4 – Verified Robotic Spraying Experience (40 days)
-
Module 5 – Final Practical Examination
Where required, the course structure may be supplemented with additional project-based on-site training to support operator development or meet specific contractual requirements.

Certification is issued only upon successful completion of all modules in accordance with EFNARC requirements.

Completion of the EFNARC theory examination
-
Submission of verified evidence of at least 40 days of robotic spraying activity since your last certification
Don’t let an expired certificate delay project mobilisation or site access.

Duplicate EFNARC Certificate
Lost or misplaced your EFNARC certificate?
Need a replacement copy for your resume, site compliance, or client submission?

Duplicate certificates can be issued following verification of your original certification details. An administrative fee applies.

This unit forms part of the Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII) Training Package and is delivered in partnership with selected Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

The course is designed for operators working in underground mining and civil tunnelling environments and focuses on the safe and effective application of shotcrete in underground conditions.

Training includes:

-
Preparation and inspection of underground work areas
-
Shotcrete plant and equipment setup
-
Application techniques and thickness control
-
Compliance with ground support specifications

About the Trainer & Examiner

Scott Graham
EFNARC training and assessment is delivered by a certified EFNARC Examiner with extensive hands-on experience in robotic sprayed concrete across tunnelling, mining, and civil infrastructure projects throughout Australia and internationally.

Scott Graham has over 20 years of practical industry experience, including OEM-level expertise in sprayed concrete equipment, mix design, application methods, and performance verification in live production environments. He has worked across major underground projects, providing technical support, supervision, auditing, and operator competency development in accordance with EFNARC guidelines.

As an active industry practitioner — not just a classroom trainer — all training is grounded in real site conditions, current best practice, and modern robotic spraying methods used on major infrastructure and underground projects.

This ensures operators are trained, assessed, and certified to a standard that is directly aligned with project requirements, safety expectations, and EFNARC competency criteria.
