Complete Ground Control was established by Scott Graham with over 20 years’ experience delivering sprayed concrete and ground control works across major tunnelling, mining, civil infrastructure, and complex underground projects in Australia and internationally.

This experience spans hands-on site delivery, supervision, technical leadership, OEM-level equipment and process development, and senior management roles supporting some of the most demanding underground and infrastructure projects in the region. It includes extensive involvement in EFNARC aligned shotcrete processes, mix design development, equipment selection, robotic and hand-sprayed application methods, and performance verification in live production environments.
