EFNARC Nozzle Operator Certificate Renewal

Renewal confirms that the operator continues to meet current EFNARC competency standards and remains actively involved in robotic sprayed concrete operations.

Renewal Overview

EFNARC Nozzle Operator Certificates are valid for five (5) years.


To maintain certification and demonstrate ongoing competency in robotic sprayed concrete application, operators are required to complete the renewal process before, or within the allowable period after, certificate expiry.

Renewal confirms that the operator continues to meet current EFNARC competency standards and remains actively involved in robotic sprayed concrete operations.

Nozzle Operator Certificate Renewal Process

The renewal process is managed through Complete Ground Controls  EFNARC Examiner and involves the following steps:

 

  1. Submit a Renewal Application Form via this page

  2. Provide evidence of recent robotic spraying experience (minimum 40 days)

  3. Receive access to the online EFNARC theory examination

  4. Complete and pass the theory exam

  5. Examiner review and submission to EFNARC for approval

  6. Issuance of the renewed EFNARC Nozzle Operator Certificate

 

All documentation must be accurate and verifiable, and experience records may be signed by a supervisor, manager, shift boss, or equivalent responsible person.

Renewal Requirements

To renew an EFNARC Nozzle Operator Certificate, operators must:

  • Successfully complete the EFNARC Theory Examination (Module 2)

  • Provide documented evidence of a minimum of 40 days of robotic sprayed concrete experience since their last certification

  • Submit all required documentation for examiner review and EFNARC approval

 

If the certificate has been expired for an extended period, a full course (all modules) may be required in accordance with EFNARC guidelines.

Renewal Fee

The fee for EFNARC Nozzle Operator Certificate Renewal is:

 

AUD $550 + GST  (valid for 5 Years)

This fee includes:

  • Administration and documentation review

  • Course notes if required

  • Theory examination coordination

  • Examiner assessment and submission to EFNARC

  • Certification processing 

  • Certificate issued to Nozzle Operator

(EFNARC certification timelines are subject to EFNARC approval processes).

 

Renewals are administered in Australia by an EFNARC Examiner in accordance with current EFNARC certification requirements.

Important Notes

  • Renewal is based on demonstrated ongoing industry experience.

  • Operators who cannot provide the required 40 days of robotic spraying experience may be required to complete additional training or re-certification.

  • Early renewal is recommended to avoid certification lapse and project compliance issues.
